Quantum Yogis Academy provides educational content related to meditation, awareness, and inner cultivation for personal development purposes only.

Our offerings are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic services, and do not replace professional care of any kind.

3. Membership Structure & Access

• Memberships are offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis, unless otherwise stated
• Access is granted only to the level for which you are approved or enrolled
• Content access is non-transferable and intended for personal use only

The Academy reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue content or membership structures at any time.

4. Advancement & Instructor Discretion

Advancement within the Academy:

• Is not automatic
• Is not guaranteed
• Is based on readiness, stability, and integration rather than time or effort

The Academy reserves the right to:

• Decline or delay advancement
• Recommend continued foundational practice
• Suspend or terminate access when necessary for safety, integrity, or policy violations

5. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• You participate voluntarily
• You are responsible for regulating your own practice intensity
• You will stop or adjust practices if discomfort, distress, or instability arises
• Inner cultivation may surface thoughts, emotions, or sensations that require patience and integration

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, audio, text, graphics, and materials, is the intellectual property of Quantum Yogis Academy.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, resell, or share content
• Record, download, or redistribute materials beyond personal use
• Use content for commercial or instructional purposes without written permission

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Yogis Academy and its representatives shall not be liable for any physical, emotional, psychological, or other damages arising from participation in Academy offerings.

Participation is entirely at your own risk.

8. Termination

The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for:

No refunds will be issued in cases of termination due to policy violations.

 10. Refund Policy

QuantumYogis LLC (d.b.a. Quantum Yogis Academy) Digital Content & Memberships Refund Policy

Due to the Digital Nature and Consultant Services of our offerings:

a. All sales except monthly/yearly membership are final unless otherwise stated.

b. Refund for monthly/yearly membership are provided for Subscription Cancellation.

c. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation stops future billing
• No prorated refunds are issued

d. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, refunds may be considered at the Academy’s sole discretion for:

• Duplicate charges
• Technical access issues that cannot be resolved
• Clear billing errors

e. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the charge.

f. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of membership and access.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Academy operates.
