Instead, we offer a safe, grounded, and sustainable path of inner cultivation that can be embodied in daily life.
To honor each practitioner’s unique capacity and stage of development, the Academy offers a Four-Level Membership System, allowing cultivation to unfold naturally, without force or imbalance.
Why a Tiered Cultivation System?
True cultivation is not about learning more techniques.
It is about entering the right depth at the right time.
At different stages, the needs of the body, energy system, mind, and awareness vary greatly.
This tiered structure exists to:

Level 1 — Foundation Member (普通弟子)

- Are new to meditation, contemplation, or yogic practice
- Experience stress, mental restlessness, or poor sleep
- Wish to establish a consistent and sustainable daily practice
- You will learn to:

- Develop breath awareness and presence
- Begin sensing subtle energy and inner states
- Integrate practice naturally into daily life
- Membership includes:
- Foundation-level recorded courses
- Monthly practice themes and guidance
- Audio practices and PDF materials
Level 2 — Intermediate Member (外門弟子)

- Maintain a regular daily practice
- Can sit steadily in meditation
- Have begun to notice inner energy, emotions, and mental patterns
- You will learn to:

Level 3 — Upper Int. Member (內門弟子)

Level 4 — Advanced Member (親傳弟子)
